The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which had           
been held over from the May 10, 1997, calendar (page 1833), would              
be moved to the bottom of the calendar:                                        
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 21(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to ferries and ferry terminals, establishing the             
Alaska Marine Highway Authority, and relating to maintenance of                
state marine vessels; and providing for an effective date."
